What To Expect
Pickup
Your trip starts with meeting your guide mid-morning at the boat ramp of their choosing, and then proceed to float and fish, while enjoying the scenic views of the Colorado river and chasing wild rainbow and brown trout.
CAST & TASTE ADDITION
For our Cast & Taste Fly Fishing Trips, the excitement of the river is just the beginning. As you float and fish, our private chefs will be busy preparing a delectable dining experience at our riverfront cabin on the Eagle River.
Catch & Release
During the Summer months we encourage an early start so we can be on the water before it gets too warm. This also can provide some excellent dry fly fishing opportunities. Many of the trout on our private water grow very large and it is not uncommon to hook them. Be prepared for an incredible battle and allow our guides to coach you to victory. All fish that are caught must be released after capturing the moment on camera. All photos taken will be shared with you via email at the end of the day so you can brag about your trophy.
Fishing Days
Our Overnight Trip is a complete “float in & float out” operation. Once on the water, you will continue for the next seven miles fishing some of the most pristine waters in the state. Our Chef will again will provide you with another masterful creation midway through the day. Your trip will conclude with the hopes you had a one of a kind experience with a lifetime of memories.
Wrap Up
After a fantastic overnight trip our guides will return you to your location. Take a peak at our fly fishing photo gallery to see some the Colorado Trout you can expect to catch.
